Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On December 14, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the obstruction of performance of official duties at the Seoul Southern District Court on December 14, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 22, 2018, and is subject to a summary order of two million won as a special assault in the Cheongju District Court Support on August 17, 2018, and was issued a fine of one million won at the Seoul Southern District Court on August 27, 2013, and was subject to a summary order of one million won as a crime of assault at the Seoul Southern District Court on January 11, 201, and was subject to a summary order of 70,000 won as a fine for the crime of injury at the Seoul Southern District Court on February 21, 2019, and was not subject to a disposition of assault at the Cheongju District Prosecutors District Prosecutors' Office on February 26, 2016, and was not subject to the Seoul Southern District Prosecutor's Office 26.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant is a victim B (V, 39 years of age) and a person who was living together with a police officer from the beginning of 2018.
1. Habitual assault;
A.
