A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor or 3 years of suspended sentence due to special larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court, and on May 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 7 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Sungnam branch of Suwonwon Gewon Gewon, and completed the execution of the sentence in the women prison on September 30, 2016.

1. Larceny;

A. On July 31, 2018, around 06:35, the Defendant, at around 26:26, in the 26th place of “C” located on the first floor of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2tel Btel underground, destroyed one mobile phone when galloning one cell phone at the time of the victim’s galloning the gap where the victim D neglected due care and neglected to do so.

B. On August 2, 2018, at around 01:50, the Defendant, at the 95 page “FPC room” located on E 2nd floor at the Dong Government-si on August 2, 2018, caused the victim G to throw off one of the phone-phones equivalent to KRW 9.80,000, the market price owned by the victim on the PC table.

C. On August 6, 2018, around 07:31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking one of the mobile phones (ON7) in the market price owned by the victim J on the side of the kidrid, which sets the gap where the victim J neglected due care, due to his failure to do so; and (b) caused the theft of one of the mobile phones (ON7) at the low price of Samsung Ggal ju (ON7).

On August 2, 2018, around 11:00 on August 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the said laundry through an open door in the mind of theft against the victim L, operated by Gwangju-si, by the said laund; and (b) stolen a 9 mobilephone in the jum of the victim’s market price on the laundry who was on the laundr’s behalf of the said laundry operator, and neglected to exercise due diligence.
