Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants conspired with the victims of telecommunications-based financial fraud in China (hereinafter referred to as “scam”), and conspired with each other, such as making false statements by misrepresenting the staff of the Financial Supervisory Service, etc. through phone calls to many unspecified domestic victims, and taking personal information leaked and causing financial accidents, and thereby obtaining money from the victims.
