1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 35,300,000 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from May 29, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

1. On September 20, 2017, the indication of the claim: (a) the date on which a contract for the lease of dredging equipment input equipment was concluded with the Defendant on December 2, 2017 to December 2017, 2018, under which the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the lease of dredging equipment input equipment (B) with the Defendant on September 20, 2017; and (b) the said B was leased and used on January 2, 2018; and (c) the delivery date of a copy of the complaint for payment of KRW 1 million out of the total amount of rent of KRW 36.3 million (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
