A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The request of the applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, around September 5, 2016, went to the "D" house in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon on September 5, 2016, and came to drink together with the victim B (26 years old) who was first talked, and went to the nearby singing room.

On September 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00, around the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon: (b) 2, singing and playing in singing together with the victim; (c) on the ground that the victim singing around one time the face of the victim was bad; (d) singing the victim for about 20 (20) days on the ground that the victim sing and playing together with the victim.

In addition, the sentence shall be determined as ordered in consideration of the overall sentencing conditions shown in the pleadings of this case, such as the defendant's age, sex, environment, etc.
