1. Defendant A

A. On August 19, 2006, the Defendant filed a false declaration on the fact with the Incheon Customs Office that the Defendant imported Half-Finished Engy Lymp (inward Tymp) 56,000 goods subject to a mark of origin in China. However, the Defendant filed a false declaration as if he imports 20W eergy-Sast Lymp 20W 56,000 goods exempt from a mark of origin.

In addition, the Defendant filed a false report as to whether the name and the indication of origin have been made 21 times in total, as shown in the attached Form B’s list from August 19, 2006 to February 26, 2009, as shown in the attached Form B’s list of crimes.

B. On August 19, 2006, the Defendant, in violation of the Foreign Trade Act, imported more than 56,00 Halfinish Eergy Lymp (inward Tymp) 56,00, with the major characteristics of mp in China, and simply attached cases and bees on the above goods, and without indicating them as domestically produced products themselves, entered them in Korean language or entered them as “Made Korea”.

In addition, from that point of time until February 26, 2009, the Defendant made a false or misleading indication of the origin of 9,586,291 origin in total 221 times, such as the details of sale of the in-flight stability lamps in attached Form B (P) in the manner described above.
