1. The Defendant is a person who produces and sells online lectures in the fields of language, words, computers, and healthcare in which an artist participates as an instructor in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, as the name of “D”, and operates a company that produces and sells such online lectures.

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant borrowed from F the Company Operation Fund to the victim E, who was an employee of the above Company’s office, and must pay the same.

The purpose of this paper is to provide the F with a loan of KRW 100,000,000 from G, which is to receive an investment of KRW 100,000,000. It was false to the effect that the F will pay money immediately after the entry of the investment, and monthly pay, and the Company’s shares will give an opportunity.

However, the Defendant loaned money from F without any capital to establish the said company, and used money borrowed from the company’s online lectures, such as employee pay and company expenses, since there was almost little lack of sales of online lectures produced by the company, and there was no contract with H, I, and J to make online lectures from the domestic and overseas celebbbsculors such as H, I, and J, and it was difficult to create profits by operating the company without the inflow of outside funds. There was no fact that there was no intention or ability to pay such money even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim E.

Nevertheless, on February 13, 2015, the Defendant deceiving the victim E and then transferred KRW 20,000,000 to the Defendant’s national bank account through the Defendant’s national bank account.

The Defendant, including that, from March 2016 to March 2016, by deceiving 12 victims in the same manner, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form (1) by deceiving them, and receiving total amount of 12 victims, from the victims, the sum of KRW 632,510,447.
