1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff’s representative director B, on December 11, 2002, completed the registration of ownership transfer for each land listed in [Attachment 1] Nos. 1, 14, and each land listed in [Attachment 1] Nos. 2 through 13 on October 31, 202.
B, on October 31, 2002, C, a ASEAN, completed the registration of ownership transfer on land of 22,563 square meters in the wife population D “E Forest” as of October 31, 2002. The said land was converted into 22,471 square meters of F forest on May 23, 201, and was divided into 6,60 square meters of F forest and 6,600 square meters on May 25, 201 and land listed in attached Table 16, and thereafter, the land category of 6,600 square meters of F forest and 6,600 square meters was changed into a warehouse site, and the land listed in attached Table 1(15) was the land listed in attached Table 15.
G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) at the time of incorporation on October 11, 200, the trade name was “H” and was changed to “Co., Ltd. G” on July 27, 2004. hereinafter “G”) completed registration of preservation of ownership on the buildings listed in [Attachment 1] List No. 17 on May 26, 201.
With respect to each parcel of land listed in [Attachment B] Nos. 1 through 14 as well as each parcel of land listed in [Attachment C] Nos. 15 and 16 of [Attachment C] owned on April 13, 2006, the establishment registration was completed on April 13, 2006, consisting of the debtor I, I, I, I, I, I, and the maximum debt amount of 1.8 billion won, and thereafter on March 24, 2011, the debtor of the right to collateral
In addition, with respect to each land listed in Articles 15 and 16 of the Schedule C owned, the registration of creation of a mortgage was completed on February 15, 2007, with the debtor J-mortgage Co., Ltd., Han Bank, Han Bank, the maximum debt amount of 390,000,000 won. On December 20, 2012, part of the registration of establishment of a mortgage as the Korea Technology Finance Corporation was completed on the ground of partial subrogation of the claim (103,558,610 won). On June 16, 2011, the registration of establishment of a mortgage as the Korea Technology Finance Corporation was completed on the ground of the debtor J-mortgage, Han Bank, the mortgagee Co., Ltd., the maximum debt amount of 50,000,000 won.
