A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 2014, the Defendant taken photographs of two knives of the victims, who could cause a sense of sexual shame by photographing son, knives, and the knives of the bridge in front of the building of the Yacheon-si, Seocheon-gu, 2014, from around July 2014.

2. On October 29, 2014, at around 14:30 on October 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) taken a part of the body body part of the victim, two female victims, whose names cannot be known in the ambama commercial area using the recording function of the video of the aforementioned mobile phone; (b) taken a part of the body part of the victim’s ambama, whose name cannot be known, out of the commercial area; and (c) taken a part of the body part of the victim’s ambama commercial area, whose name cannot be known, by taking the part of the body part of the victim’s ambae, the part of the body part of the victim’s shopping in the ambama commercial area located in the amba-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 17, and the body part of the victim’s body part of the victim’s ambama.
