The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant is a legal spouse of the victim B (Inn, 33 years of age).

At around 16:00 on March 10, 2019, the Defendant committed assault, in his/her hand, such as the victim's scambling at his/her inner residence in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment and D, and the victim's scambling with his/her inner room, and the victim's scambling with his/her secret by her hand, tightly pushing the victim's shoulder with his/her hand, and breaking the victim's scam over the floor, leading the victim's scambling, leading him/her twice in his/her hands, leading the victim's scambling in his/her hands, leading the victim's scambling in his/her inner room.

2. Determination

A. The crime stated in the facts charged of this case cannot be prosecuted against the victim's explicit intent (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act). It is recognized that the victim has withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant after the prosecution of this case.

B. Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
