Criminal facts
The facts leading up to the attachment order [criminal fact] Defendant her pro rata C was divorced from around 2007, and the Defendant her pro rata C was living together with the victim D (the son, 13 years old as of October 201, 201) who was his/her father and the Defendant her mother.
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;
A.
