1. The Defendants shall register the transfer of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 from the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and Defendant B’s land sales contract was concluded 1) on July 2, 2007. B. On December 13, 2013, Defendant B did not pay the remainder of KRW 850,000,000 under the instant sales contract to the Plaintiff on December 13, 2013, and Defendant B entered into an settlement agreement with the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant settlement agreement”) with the following content:
