A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2016, the Defendant met D (i.e., 19 years of age) known through “F”C in front of the B building in Bupyeong-si B, Bupyeong-si, 2016, and (ii) paid 140,000 won in return for sexual intercourse to the said D, and (iii) made sexual intercourse once by doing sexual intercourse.

The sentencing factors specified in this case, together with the Defendant’s age, sex, living environment, and circumstances after the commission of the crime, shall be determined as ordered by taking into account all of the sentencing factors specified in this case.
