Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2014, at around 00:23, the Defendant driven a vehicle from the front of the Busan Metropolitan City Do Madung-si, Busan Metropolitan City Madung-dong, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.055% under the influence of alcohol on the road before the Busan Metropolitan City Madung-dong Madung-dong Madung-dong.
