Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2016, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.107% among blood transfusions around 06:30, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle from the Do in front of the Defendant’s residence in Daegu Dong-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, about 500 meters away from the Do in front of the Do-dong-gu, Daegu-gu.
