Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2018, the defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on October 2, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 30, 2018.

On June 24, 2018, at around 00:50 on June 24, 2018, the Defendant deceptioned the victim D, a business owner, as if he/she did not have any intent or ability to pay the price but would normally pay the price, and acquired it by being provided with alcohol of an amount equivalent to KRW 21,000 and the share of it.
