Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to run the brokerage business shall register the establishment of a brokerage office with the authority having jurisdiction over the area where he intends to establish the brokerage office.

1. On April 7, 2008, the Defendant conspired with B and C, without registering the establishment of a brokerage office. On April 7, 2008, the Defendant conducted real estate brokerage business by arranging a sales contract between H and buyer of real estate, such as F (site) and G (former), with regard to real estate located D in Chungcheongbuk-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheong-si, Chungcheong-si, Chungcheong-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and by receiving KRW 10 million (the Defendant’s share 2.5 million among them) as a brokerage commission.

2. On April 30, 2009, the Defendant committed the real estate brokerage business in collusion with J and C without registering the establishment of a brokerage office. On April 30, 2009, at the same place, the Defendant arranged a sales contract between J and K for the said real estate by mediating the sales contract between K and I, and received 10 million won as a brokerage commission (the Defendant’s share 2.5 million won among them) from I.
