Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2017, the Defendant driven B rocketing cars without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the sperm market located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Franchisco zone to the front of the water datum of about 4km in approximately 236 meters from the day before the Seoul Franchisco zone.

Summary of Evidence

Unfavorable circumstances - The defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and a two-year suspension of execution on April 15, 2016, and was sentenced to a two-yearly punishment on two occasions, and the defendant again committed the following crimes without being informed of reflectness even if he was sentenced to a two-yearly punishment for the same kind of crime as this case. In light of all the above conditions of sentencing revealed in the trial process, the defendant committed the following crimes without being informed of reflectness.
