A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months, and a fine of 1,500,000,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, from July 2015 to May 14, 2016, the Defendant operated the said illegal gambling Internet site without filing a tax return with the competent tax office on the two-year sales from January 25, 2016, without filing a tax return with the competent tax office; KRW 1,071,734,93; KRW 46,238,677; KRW 677; and KRW 46,67,67; and KRW 2016 to July 27, 2016 by means of not filing a tax return with the competent tax office; and KRW 1,071,734,93; and KRW 46,74,97; and KRW 2016; and KRW 46,74,97; and each tax evasion by means of not filing a tax return with the competent tax office on the two-year sales from July 27, 2016;
