Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2013, at around 22:56, the Defendant was walking a road in front of the “C subject” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Defendant attempted to put the instant taxi into a place where the victim E (58 years of age) who driven D taxi was fluent with traffic condition, and tried to put it into a place with the window of driver’s seat. On July 23, 2013, the Defendant was fluent one time to put the victim into a place where he was fluent with the left side of the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
