1. Determination as to the claim against Defendant E

A. On April 5, 2013, Defendant E and Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu I building 6-9 (including 9PIT floors; hereinafter “instant building”) concluded a photographic lease agreement with Defendant E and the content that the business of photographing and photographing films in the Jwa Holdings, which was scheduled to open in the instant building, shall be guaranteed for two years, for a deposit of KRW 50 million; deposit of KRW 250 million out of the deposit money; and deposit of KRW 250 million with Defendant E and the instant BS on April 5, 2013, with the content that it shall be guaranteed for two years, for a deposit of KRW 50 million (including 9PIT floors; hereinafter “instant building”); and deposit of KRW 250 million and KRW 250 million,000,000,000,000,000 and KRW 250,000,000,000 and KRW 24,000,000,00.

A. Basic facts 1) On April 5, 2013, Plaintiff A and Plaintiff B entered into a “a photographing lease agreement” with Defendant E to the effect that they will be guaranteed for two years in KRW 500 million of the deposit amount, and deposit the down payment of KRW 250 million out of the deposit amount into the bank account in the name of Defendant E (K). Plaintiff C and Plaintiff D, which were scheduled to engage in business in the instant building with Defendant E on April 5, 2013, concluded the “Scides loan” with the content that they would be guaranteed for two years of the deposit amount (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “instant contract”), and the down payment of the deposit amount of the said two contracts.
