A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in support of the Sung-nam branch of Suwon Friwon on September 3, 2010; a summary order of KRW 2 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) on November 25, 2014; and a summary order of KRW 5 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) on October 21, 2015.

On April 26, 2018, around 06:09, the Defendant driven B K7 cars in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.122% from the 5km section of 5km away from the roads of Echeon-si, Echeon-si, Echeon-si, Echeon-si, Hacheon-si, to the roads in front and front.
