A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On September 19, 2017, the Defendant driven a B-II cargo vehicle from around 200 meters away from the front road of 1397-6, Dong-dong, Ansan-si, Dong-si, 1397-6, Ansan-si, to the road near the river.
