1. The part of the “construction tools to be selected as successful bidder” in the attached Form No. 1 shall be revoked.

Reasons
1. On August 31, 2012, the Defendant issued a corrective order identical to that stated in the attached Form on the ground that the Plaintiff committed an unfair collaborative act under Article 19(1)3 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (amended by Act No. 11406, Mar. 21, 2012; hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”) as follows.
On April 2009, the Plaintiff agreed to divide shares in the fourth lecture project with other 18 construction companies, such as Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd.

2. Whether the corrective order is lawful;
A. 1) The Plaintiff’s assertion that the collaborative act of this case exists only in preparation for build-transfer projects, and it did not relate to the four major projects, a financial project. 2) The recognition of the agreement is as follows: (a) Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd.
