A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for habitual larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court and completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu Prison on April 16, 2018.

1.
