A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 06:02 on May 14, 2020, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s taxi operation service by abusing D-si operated by the victim C in front of the Macheon-si B apartment, Gyeonggi-do, and obstructing the victim’s taxi operation by force, without getting off 15 minutes from the taxi, on the ground that the distance was too far and alternate time.
