A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

At around 04:00 on June 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 12 studs located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and 2; (b) 12 studs located in Mapo-gu, Seoul; (c) 23 studs of the victim D (23 ) and female problems; and (d) studs of the shoulder, which is a dangerous object, the Defendant laid the studs of the victim, and laid down the victim’s face, and caused the victim’s right side to tear 50 meters.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous things and brought a face face to the victim who cannot know the number of days of treatment.
