The defendants are jointly and severally liable to the plaintiff 12% per annum from June 10, 2020 to the day of full payment.

On March 9, 2012, the fact that the Plaintiff leased KRW 100 million to Defendant B Co., Ltd. with Defendant D’s joint and several surety was set at the rate of KRW 3% per month on June 9, 2012 by the due date is either no dispute between the parties, or that the Plaintiff’s loan was recognized by considering the overall purport of the pleadings in the evidence Nos. 1 through 4.

Therefore, barring any special circumstance, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 10 million won of the borrowed amount and 12% interest per annum from June 10, 2020 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
