A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 19, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol 0.182% in alcohol while driving a DNA-learning car at a distance of about 500 meters from the fluence of the Sung-dong sexual party market in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, to the extent that the Defendant was unable to reach a gender.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (after-accidents), at the same time and at the same place as paragraph 1, was placed in the center installed on the road while driving the fright car as above, while driving the frighting car on a two-lane.

The Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, stopped the victim's property by immediately stopping and without taking necessary measures, even though he destroyed the victim's property, such as the victim E (44) driver's left-hand door of F vehicle of the victim's E (33) driver's G (33) driver's back door of the victim's H vehicle of the victim's G (33) driver's G (33) driver's vehicle, and flap the victim's I (30 years old) driver's J vehicle of the victim I (30 years old) driving.
