A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A defendant who violates the Act of the Reserve Forces shall be a member of a reserve force belonging to an academic club.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the above goods.

Around October 31, 2019, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 150,00 from the victim, a transfer of KRW 1,50,00 from the Kaka Bank Account (D) under the Defendant’s name.

Around October 30, 2019, the Defendant, against the victim E, posted a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant sells electric wheel chairs 16” in the FG car page, and reported it to the effect that “the Defendant would send things to the victim E, who sent money,” and sent it to the victim E.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the above goods.

Around October 30, 2019, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 300,00 from the victim, a transfer of KRW 300,00 from the Kaka Bank Account (D) under the Defendant’s name.

4. On August 13, 2019, the Defendant, at the victim H, posted a false statement on the Internet I website to the effect that “a person sells electric wheelchairs” and reported it to the victim H that “a person will send things to door-to door if he/she sent money.”

However, it is true.
