Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 2392"

1. On May 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stated that “U” points operated by the victim T (the 59 years of age) on the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government S and the 1st underground floor is “U”; (b) under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant she saw the victim V (the 41 years of age), who is an employee of the place, to walk a trial fee; and (c) took a bath to “I am fright, spons, spons, and spons, spons, spons, spons.” At the same time, the Defendant she sawd the front face of the knife twice a week after the knife’s head was shed on two occasions; and (d) expressed that “I am son, bit bit bit bit bit son, bit son, spact sp.” on the part of the knife.

2. On May 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at around 21:23 on May 10, 2019; (b) at the place specified in paragraph (1); (c) on the same content as stated in paragraph (1); and (d) on the background of the assault to verify the content of 112 reported, the Defendant: (a) asked a police officer of the Yeongdeungpo Police Station G District G District that was dispatched after receiving 112 reports; (b) took a bath to “this ring.”; (c) assaulted a police officer of his/her left hand on one occasion to walk.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 reports.

1. On April 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the part of the Defendant: (b) around 11:30, on the ground that the police officer belonging to the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station G District patrol team located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, sent to the site after receiving a report of the drinking value test; and (c) Z on the ground that the Defendant was arrested the Defendant on the part of committing an act in the line of duty for fraud; (d) Z was able to take a bath at one time on the face of the above Z on the ground that the Defendant was arrested the Defendant on the part of the Defendant on the charge of fraud; and (d) received five faces face of AA during the same team where the Defendant was tried

As a result, the Defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate performance of duties on handling 112 reported cases and arrest of flagrant offenders.

2. On May 4, 2019, the Defendant is a mobile phone of the Defendant at AB ABC of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 17:20.
