A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Seized evidence Nos. 3 and 4 shall be confiscated from the accused.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On May 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the branch court of the Jeonju District Court, and completed the execution of the above punishment on August 12, 2018.
[Criminal facts]
1. On September 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) when the victim D, who had been in Hahyeong-gun C, had been in front of the E sexual party office, the main agent, and had approximately one million won in cash on his/her book, opened the 100,000 won in cash on his/her book.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by destroying and impairing part of the structure at night.
2. On September 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim G in Pyeongtaek-gun F of the Republic of Korea on September 5, 2018; (b) opened a kitchen and opened a kitchen with the date thrown; and (c) opened the kitchen with the victim’s market price in the said place at the time; and (d) had one television taking in the amount of KRW 52,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on residence at night and stolen the victim's property.
3. From September 1, 2018 to September 14:0, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim I’s house located in the Southern-gun H, Namsung-gun; (b) went into the front of the victim I’s house; (c) did not have been corrected with the entrance door and the entrance door; (d) took a 20,000 won of cash owned by the victim; and (e) took a 20,000 television with the market price of KRW 20,00,000; and (e) from that point of time by the aforementioned method until September 13:30, 2018, the Defendant invaded the victim’s residence more than 12 times in total, and stolen the victim’s total amount of KRW 6,492,00,000, as indicated in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.
4. On September 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by driving one LT 100,000 U.S. market price on the part of the victim’s owner, at the front of the house of the victim’s K, which is located in theJ of the Southern-gun, Southern-gun, J; (b) 30,000 U.S. market price on which the key was displayed.
