A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal history records have been notified by the Changwon District Court on September 28, 2009 of the summary order of KRW 3 million due to the charge of forging private documents, the crime of uttering of a falsified investigation document, the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, the crime of forging private documents in the Changwon District Court on October 30, 2009, the crime of forging private documents, the crime of uttering of a falsified investigation document, and the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

1. Crimes committed on March 10, 201;

A. On March 10, 201, at around 04:55, the Defendant was driving an E-to-pubed vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 500 meters section from the front of the Bostotoonian personnel zone in Jinju-si to the front of the oil station in Jinju-si.

B. On March 10, 201, at around 05:05 on March 10, 201, the Defendant: (a) was found to drive without a license to a slope G belonging to the Jinju Police Station in front of the Dinju Station located in Jinju-si; (b) was committed as if the Defendant was living H for the purpose of evading punishment; and (c) was presented on the Sinju-si paper presented by the said police officer, “on March 10, 201, at around 04:55, Jinju-si’s personnel Dong-dong, Jinju-si, U.S. to the street front of the D in Dinju-si located in C without a driver’s license, and was discovered to police officers on March 10, 201.” On March 10, 2011, the Defendant presented a true letter of forgery as seen above, to the police officer.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the time letter under H, which is a private document concerning a certificate of fact, and exercised it.

2. The crime committed on April 14, 201;
