Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BMW car.

On April 16, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.047% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.047% on April 16, 2020, and driven the three-lane road near Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City along a two-lane distance from the parallel of mountain.

On April 16, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving) from the roads near K in Jung-gu, Seoul to the roads near Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.047% of blood alcohol level on April 16, 202, BMW from around 9km to the roads near Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.
