Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Chuncheon District Court on October 7, 2013 and became final and conclusive on February 15, 2013.

On September 2012, the Defendant intentionally reported a false accident to an insurance company by intentionally inducing a traffic accident from B, and received insurance proceeds under the pretext of agreement, such as agreement money, etc., and received the proposal, and conspired with B to obtain insurance proceeds, such as agreement money, in collusion with B.

Accordingly, the Defendant, along with B on September 26, 2012, went to the left-hand turn from the direction of the Korea Forest University at the Han River University (Gu) which was driven by B, on the front of the Chuncheon Confucian School located in B, which was operated by B on September 17, 2012, the Defendant intentionally got to the front-hand part of the D Driving Motor Vehicle, which was moved to the direction of the Korea Forest University in the direction of the Korea Forest University.

Since then, the Defendant and B had D, who did not know the fact that he intentionally caused a traffic accident, had D receive the accident "loan and shock to left-hand in the right-hand turn" from the victim Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., a company that purchased the automobile insurance for the said Aburged car, and the Defendant submitted a medical certificate to the F Hospital that he was hospitalized in the F Hospital for one day due to the catum catum, tension, etc., and B submitted a medical certificate that he was hospitalized in the F Hospital due to the catum catum, etc.

From September 28, 2012 to October 17, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with B, received total of KRW 4,535,390, including KRW 1,382,250, and KRW 3,153,140, and KRW 4,535,390 from the victim Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. for the purpose of agreement and treatment expenses and repair expenses, and acquired them by deception.
