Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on August 30, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on December 28, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence to the victim jointly with C.
