1. On July 31, 2012, the claims indicated in the separate sheet concluded between the Defendant and New Mine EPP Co., Ltd.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Cheongju District Court 2012 Ma2580 against Cheongju District Court 2012 Ma2580, and between the said parties, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Cheongju District Court 2012 Ma2580, and the said parties, “New Mascam shall pay 98,560,000 won to the Plaintiff in three installments. If New Mascam delayed the payment of the said amount once or more, the payment of the unpaid amount shall be made in addition to the damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from the date following the date of payment to the date of full payment.” The said decision was finalized on July 17, 2012.

As of February 16, 2016, when calculating the principal and interest of bonds according to the above decision, 167,795,024 won is applied.

B. The Defendant received and kept two promissory notes representing KRW 300 million each at face value due to the repayment of the claim for the purchase price of goods from New Mine SPP. However, on July 31, 2012, the Defendant entered into an agreement on the assignment of claims with the effect that the claim for the purchase price of goods indicated in the separate sheet against the old PPPPPPP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “former PPPPPPPP”) was taken over from New PPPPPPP on the collateral (hereinafter “instant assignment agreement”), and the notification reached the development of the old PPPPPP on August 7, 2012.

C. On August 16, 2012, the current account transaction was suspended, and the promissory note issued was final copies thereof. At the time of the assignment of the instant real estate, even in the case of the auction of the real estate deposit, the appraisal amount of KRW 4 billion is set at KRW 5,358,012,780, the maximum debt amount is set at KRW 5,000,000 and KRW 560-3,00,000,000,000 and KRW 560-3,000,000,000,000 and KRW 11,000,000,000.
