Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) on February 15, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison.

On November 21, 2018, the Defendant posted an article stating that “B” online “B” account by accessing a computer at the site of the 2019 Highest 448 [200,000 won in cash] and sold the “B” account,” and false statement was made to the victim C who had contacted with the Defendant.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, there was no intention to sell the game account.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 20,000 won as the sales proceeds of the game account in the name of the Defendant from the victim to the D Bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

[2019 Highest 1489] The Defendant sent a notice to the Internet site B stating that he/she sold a hybrid game account by accessing the Internet site B and selling it on the bulletin board. On November 15, 2018, around 10:30 on November 15, 2018, the Defendant decided to sell a hybrid game account to the victim F, who reported and contacted the above writing, for 30,000 won.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not intend to sell the game account.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 30,00 from the victim the money for the game account in the name of the Defendant at around 10:38 of the same day.
