Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the occupant of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment, and the Defendant International Alert Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant International Alert Industry”) is the housing management operator who entered into a collective housing consignment management contract (hereinafter “instant management contract”) with the Defendant B apartment council (hereinafter “Defendant’s Council”) on the said apartment (16 Dong-dong 1,772 households).
Article 55 (Duties of Managing Body) (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act as a managing body under Article 55 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Management Contract of this case (Article 2), among the entrusted management affairs of the defendant international alarm industry under the management contract of this case (Article 2), shall perform the following duties:

The apartment complex managed by the defendant international alarm industry according to the management contract of this case is 16 Dong-dong 1772 households, each Dong-dong, but there is a guard room for each Dong-dong, and there is no room to remove the outer range without any portrait.
On the other hand, there is no carbon in the underground parking lot, but fixedCCTV is installed.
The number of security guards working for the defendant international alarm industry is 38, and two for each unit.
