On October 10, 2012, the Defendant entered into a contract for facility leasing seven metal processing machinery equivalent to the total market value of KRW 94 million, such as Hyundai FC Line KIT4501, and kept seven metal processing machinery in custody on the same day at the above company’s office on the same day. On March 2013, the Defendant sold 7 metal processing machinery to the above company’s company’s secondhand machine business operator on his name and embezzled at the above company’s office.
