1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 27, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. The part seeking payment of damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment among the Plaintiff’s claims pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings by Partial Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda, shall be dismissed; however, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Defendant by applying Article 98 and the proviso to Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act.
