The instant lawsuit is dismissed.
The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs, including the costs incurred by supplementary participation.

Basic Facts
A. The party’s relationship 1) The Forest Survey Division prepared during the Japanese occupation period is deemed to be the same as the forest land of this case, which is located within the 77 Gao-gun of Gyeonggi-do, one Gao-gun (764,628 m2, hereinafter “instant forest”).
