A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 05:40 on July 7, 2019, the Defendant: (b) opened an unresh door door at the north-gu Bel C at port; and (c) removed the victim D (57 years of age); (d) the victim E (58 years of age) used a cresh or cresh in cash owned by the victim D; and (e) stolen, with one cellular phone at the Samsung Galthal ju City, the victim E’s market price of which is equivalent to KRW 300,000,000, in the sum of the market price of KRW 1,500,000, in total, including one cell phone at the time of Samsung Galthal ju, the victim’s market price of KRW 300,000,00, in the aggregate of the market price of KRW 50,000.
