A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person driving a B MINI Cooper’s car.

On the day specified in paragraph 1, the Defendant driven a B MIN Cooper’s vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.183% from the 5km section from the 5km-ro to the place specified in paragraph 1, Yeonsu-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Chungcheongnam-do. The Defendant driven the B MINA Cooper’s vehicle in the influence of alcohol level of about 0.183%.
