1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 98,720,903 and KRW 52,034,190 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,273,040.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

(a) The following facts may be acknowledged if the facts of recognition are added to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 7.

(1) The Plaintiff is a company mainly engaged in the wholesale and retail business of clothing and liquid sheet, and the Defendant is a company mainly engaged in the distribution business of daily necessities.

(3) A separate claim shall be made based on the actual expenses for direct costs (such as electricity, water supply and sewerage, environmental improvement charges, etc.) and for the section for common use, and general management expenses.
