The defendant confirms that each building listed in the separate sheet is owned by the plaintiff.

Costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

The plaintiff is an agricultural company operating the tourist farm business, the defendant is the representative director of the plaintiff, and the plaintiff newly constructed each building listed in the attached list on the land owned by the plaintiff at the plaintiff's expense for the tourist farm business, and due to the error of the architect's office, the fact that the defendant entered in the building ledger as the owner is not a dispute between the parties, or the purport of the whole pleading is acknowledged in addition to the statement in Gap evidence 1 through 8.

According to the above facts, each building listed in the attached list is recognized as owned by the plaintiff since the plaintiff was newly constructed, and in order for the plaintiff to be corrected in his own name, the profit to seek confirmation of the ownership of the plaintiff against the defendant who is currently nominal owner

Therefore, we decide to accept the plaintiff's claim and it is so decided as per Disposition.
