A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

From around 2009, the Defendant is a person who is engaged in the processing and sale of a certain kind of food at a “stock company D” store located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Ambadong Market.

1. Any person who runs the business of manufacturing and processing unreported foods shall report to the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without reporting to the competent administrative authority from July 1, 201 to December 7, 2012, equipped with food processing facilities, such as working stand, stand stand, and plastics, in the above store, and processed approximately 16,312 kg of a large number of plastic bags, which contain a large amount of 0.1% of a large amount of 0.1% in order to prevent the shock of a large-scale motor vehicle, by inserting a large amount of 2-3 hours off, and then cutting off a large amount of 2-3 hours, and then cutting off a large amount of 16,312 kg of a large number of vehicles.

3. No one shall sell food manufactured or processed by any person, other than a business operator, that sells processed food without filing a report;

Nevertheless, from July 1, 2011 to February 5, 2014, the Defendant sold approximately 319,617kg of the number of car cars processed in the same manner as that of the above paragraph to the competent administrative agency without reporting or registering it to the competent administrative agency, at least 30 business partners, including the same compensation council.
