Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2010, around 11:15, 2010, the Defendant used violence to obstruct the legitimate performance of official duties of the victim, and at the same time, assaulted the victim, a driver who was waiting in the driver's seat, by using violence, such as taking the victim's knife with open window, taking the knife knife vehicle, which is a vehicle belonging to the Dongdaemun-gu Office of Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government (the age of 44) in front of the Dongdaemun-gu branch of Dongdaemun-gu 117-4 Korean Racing Association, the construction and management of Dongdaemun-gu Office and the victim C (the age of 44).
