A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On August 23, 2014, at around 20:0, the Defendant received approximately 0.1gg of psychotropic drugs from D on the street in front of the convenience store located in Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, with no charge, from D, and administered them by drinking approximately 0.02g of the above sponon in the Defendant’s Spon car parked on the street at the same time and at the same time.

2. On August 25, 2014, at around 12:00, the Defendant possessed approximately 0.08g of the remaining 0.08g of the said phiphonephones in the Defendant’s house located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E 31 Dong-dong 402, in a way that he/she stores them in a container plastic case on his/her book.
