A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 12, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul East District Court on March 12, 201, and on July 22, 2015, a summary order of KRW 1 million for the same crime in the support for the development of the source of water sources and the support for the development of the source of water sources on July 22, 2015, and was punished as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at least twice.
